Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 3 to 6 years old 2. Thai nationality 3. No history of previous recorded developmental delay 4. Primary care meets eligible criteria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncooperative children (not able to completely answer questions in the questionnaire) 2. Cannot verbally communicate 3. Previously recorded/diagnosed ophthalmic conditions: amblyopia, strabismus, nystagmus, other anterior segment or fundus abnormalities capable of causing visual impairment 4. Primary caregiver of each child do not give informed consent to take part in the study
