Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over 18 years, patients with unilateral thyroid nodules undergoing unilateral thyroidectomy, pathological findings by micro needle aspiration. diagnosed as benign neoplasm, pretreatment thyroid function blood test was normal, thyroid nodules not responding to treatment with thyroid hormone levothyroxin

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of thyroid surgery, history of neck radiotherapy, history of swallowing therapy, vocal cord paralysis, history of surgery or neck accident, abnormal thyroid function blood test, thyroid cancer, platelet count less than 100,000, abnormal blood clotting (PT > 13, PTT > 29.5), congenital diseases such as diseases ischemic heart disease, valvular disease, ischemic stroke, renal disease, receiving thrombolytic drugs or anticoagulants
