Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All female subjects complained of large and fatty calves on their legs evaluated by the investigators who presenting with body mass index (BMI) of 18.5 to 30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria consisted of subjects with previous history of fat reduction procedures, previous treatment of botulinum injections, pregnant or lactating women, any medical conditions of cryoglobulinemia, cold urticarial, or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria, immunosuppressive disorders such as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection or intake of immunosuppressant drugs, previous history of herpes virus infection, underlying psychological conditions, any malignancy, history of hypertrophic scar or keloid formation, history of skin infection and skin hypersensitivity or photosensitivity reaction.
