Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients, age 18 years or over Diagnosed of circulatory shock Admitted to medical ICU between September 2018 to November 2019 Already had an intra-arterial line insertion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had no arterial line insertion Known peripheral vascular disease Discrepancy of inter-arm systolic blood pressure difference more than 20 mmHg Extreme arm sized that cause unable to find an appropriate blood pressure cuff Disagree to sign the inform consent for study participation
