Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 20 years and over. 2. Requiring implant placement in the posterior region, either as a single implant with mesial and distal neighboring teeth or at least two adjacent implants placed in the distal free-end partially edentulous area 3. Healthy patients with no uncontrolled systemic disease unsuitable for implantation 4. Patients with good oral hygiene and a healthy periodontium 5. Patients must have a mouth opening distance of at least 40 mm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have less than 3 months period after tooth extraction 2. Heavy smoker ( more than 10 cigarettes/day) 3. Patients with history of radiation in head and neck region or taking bisphosphonate drugs 4. Files cannot be superimposed due to lack of anatomical landmark or quality of image 5. Unsuitable anatomic conditions for sufficient support and stabilization of template
