Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 Diabetes patients 1. aged 35- 60 years old, 2. HbA1c 7- 10 % within last 2 weeks,3. Taking oral glycemic medication, 4. Speaking, writing, and reading Thai language, 5. Taking care of oneself in daily life. Family member 1. Lived with T2DM, 2. Speaking, reading, and writing in Thai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes patients 1. HbA1c <7% or > 10% at baseline, 2. Being prescribed insulin injection, 3. Participating in other intervention Family member 1. Participating in another intervention within one month
