Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary Osteoarthritis of knee 2.Unilateral Total knee arthroplasty 3.Intact posterior cruciate ligament 4.Consent for participate and follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous patellar issue, fracture, post patellectomy 2.Ipsilateral OA hip 3.Ipsilateral hip arthroplasty 4.Active or recent infection 5.Extra-articular deformity
