Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy male and female aged 20-50 years 2. Healthy and clear of disease 3. BMI between 18.5-22.9 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of eating yogurt Curd during 2 weeks before enter the study 2. Have a history of eating pickled vegetables, pickled fruit during 2 weeks before enter the study 3. Have a history of taking antibiotics during 2 weeks before enter the study 4. Have a history of diarrhea during 2 weeks before enter the study 5. Have a history of constipation during 2 weeks before enter the study 6. Have a history of treatment or surgery in the intestines during the 12 months before enter the study 7. Have a history of treatment for inflammatory bowel disease before enter the study 8. Have a history of chronic illness that requires continuous medication 9. Have a history of taking medicine taken during 2 weeks before enter the study 10. Have a history of severe diseases associated with the digestive system. Freckles, urine and pancreas 11. Have a history of using dietary supplements that are supplemented with prebiotics. Or probiotics during the 2 weeks before enter the study 12. Drink alcohol during 2 weeks before enter the study 13. have a history of allergic reactions to pumpkin soup ingredients, including pumpkin, yam, milk powder, lotus seed powder, onion powder, red onion, garlic, ginger, soy protein extract, salt, pepper 14. Have a history of allergic reactions to ready-to-drink herbal jelly products, including water, Makhampom water, sugar, honey, yam, carrageenan powder, salt, citric acid, lychee flavor. 15. Have a history of using DETOX dietary supplements, drugs or weight loss products. 16. Drink tea, coffee, soft drinks or other caffeinated beverages in the 2 weeks period before participating in the study.
