Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient age 18-50 peri or retro patella pain pain > 3 mo. positive eccentric step down test pain VAS >= 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of meniscal injury History of Patellar tendinopathy Previous trauma coagulopathy previous knee surgery neuromuscular disorder patient malalignment of affected knee
