Age
30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lumbar spondylosis which is confirmed by computerized tomography scan, Magnetic Resonance Imaging and lumbar spine x-ray. 2. Symptoms do not respond to conservative treatment at least 6 months. 3. Age between 30-70 years old ?4. The patients be able to follow up at least 1 year after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lumbar spondylolysis, spondylolisthesis, spinal infection or spinal tumor 2. Patients with osteoporosis (diagnosis by BMD; T-score <-2.5) 3. Spinal fusion surgery more than one level? 4. Patients with history coagulopathy or easy bleeding? 5. History of steroid use more than 1 year 6. Patient cannot give history and answer research questions completely 7. Not enough radiologic evaluation
