60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 or older and fit for surgery 2. Unilateral unstable distal radius fracture, defined based on Lafontaine criteria or irreducible fracture 3. They must be active defined as those who were engaged in employment or recreation sport and performed daily living independently 4. They choose surgical treatment 5. Minimum follow-up 3 months 6. Having surgical treatment within 72-84 hour after injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had injury more than 12 hour before presentation open fracture preexisting deformity currently prescribed anticoagulant or antiplatelet Depuytren contracture concomitant neurovascular injury
