20 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thai patients age more than 20 years old Received dabigatran at least 7 days Good compliance 100 percent The patient signed inform consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with mechanical valve replacement or moderate to severe mitral stenosis Child Pugh B or Child Pugh C Pregnancy and lactation Psychiatric patients or no caregiver ESRD patients or eGFR less than 15 ml/min
