Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients 2.patients with very high hemoglobin A1C (greater than or equal to nine percent) 3.patients with eGFR greater than or equal 45 mL
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.two types of hyperglycemic emergencies: diabetic ketoacidosis and hyperglycemic hyperosmolar syndrome 2.The patient is pregnant or breastfeeding 3.Patients with hemoglobinopathy
