48 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy postmenopausal woman aged 48-65 years who has no menstruation for at least 12 months, be able to read and write in Thai, and be able to give consent by herself 2. Blood FSH >30 mU/ml 3. Body mass index = 18-30 kg/m2 4. CBC, AST, ALT, ALP, BUN, creatinine, and electrolytes show no clinically significance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Estrogen or isoflavone treatment within 6 months prior to the study 2. Having allergic history to soy products, vitamin E, vitamin B3 or ceramide 3. Having medical history including skin cancers or skin infections or chronic diseases that contraindicated to soy products 4. Receiving medications, dietary supplement, herbal products, vitamin or minerals, or any products that may affect to skin such as antibiotics, steroid, immunosuppressants within 3 months prior to the study 5. Drinking alcohol, smoking or using recreational or narcotic drugs
