18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age 18 - 80 years old - Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status 0-2 - Biopsy proven adenocarcinoma of rectum - Clinical stage T3 or T4 or regional lymph node positive, who is indicated for preoperative CCRT - Basic Laboratories within normal limit (CBC, BUN/Cr, LFT) and serum creatinine clearance at least 30 - Signing of informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with previous history of radiation - Recurrent rectal cancer - Receive pretreatment systemic chemotherapy - Uncontrolled medical conditions or connective tissue disease - Treatment with palliative treatment aim
