Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with a hip fracture (femoral neck fracture or inter-trochanteric of femur fracture), who undergo surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients, who cannot express visual analog scale 2. Onset of injury > 72 hours 3. Multiple trauma 4. Skin lesion at the traction site 5. History of peripheral vascular disease 6. History of drug abuse or opioids use
