Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who diagnosed as small to large rotator cuff tear (From finding of MRI shoulder) Tear sized <5 cm 2. Ability to comply a rehabilitation program 3. Ability to cooperate with the interviewers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Massive rotator cuff tear 2. Teres minor tendon tear 3. Patient who cant tolerate sling, abduction pillow sling immobilization 4. Patient who cant perform intraoperative anatomical repair
