Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subject is 18 years old or older, 2. Subject underwent elective non-cardiac operation at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, 3. Subject has taken anticoagulant at least 7 days before visiting the peri-operative care clinic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subject underwent Cardiovascular surgery or be pregnancy, 2. Subject lost to follow up, 3. Subject was complete course of anticoagulation for therapy before undergoing operation
