Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Thai patients aged > 18 years old who were positive for SARS-CoV-2 with hypoxic respiratory failure that required an invasive mechanical ventilator

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.pregnancy 2.Under complete palliative care
