Inclusion criteria: Overweight (BMI more than or equal to 23 kg/m2) Normal weight ((BMI 18.5 to 22.9 kg/m2) 20 years to 50 years of age
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any chronic disease Medication for dyslipidemia, type 2 diabetes or elevated blood pressure History of intestinal surgery Pregnancy/breastfeeding The use of antibiotics, pro-prebiotics within 3 months
