Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with COPD with AE

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Musculoskeletal, neurology and cardiology disorder that affect on upper-limb exercise intervention -Untreated pneumothorax -Massive hemoptysis Acute myocardial infarction (with angina chest pain)
