18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18-80 years 2. Patients with SSS who meet indications for pacemaker implantation 3. ECG showed preexisting BBB 4. Ability to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Requirement of ventricular pacing 2. LVEF less than 50% 3. Failure to cooperate with follow-up
