Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: nasal polyposis patients who were scheduled for FESS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who received systemic steroids before surgery 4 weeks 2. patients with antrochoanal 3. allergic fungal sinusitis patients 4. patients with nasal and nasopharyngeal tumor 5. patients with autoimmune disease or received immunotherapy 6. patients received chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy in the head and neck field
