Older people aged over 65 years with males and females frailty

Interventions

I-walk program for 3 times/week
12 weeks intervention ,exercise program for 60 min/day for 3 days/week
totally 12 weeks,normal living life

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Older people who had been lived in Pathumtani province Able to communicate and understand Thai language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Heart rate at rest more than 120 bpm High blood pressure > 180/120 mmHg
