Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic hepatitis B with age 40 years or more 2. No evidence of decompensated cirrhosis 3. Transient elastography is performed before anti-viral drugs intimidation or within 1 months after initiation 4. Transient elastography is performed by qualified physicians and its result is qualified.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. No evidence of hepatocellular carcinoma or cholangiocarcinoma 2. ALT > 5 times of upper limit normal 3. Conditions affecting liver stiffness results e.g. heart failure, ascites, ESRD, cholestasis 4. Pregnancy
