Interventions

Intervention group 1: This group received twice a day intervention, which includes the use of Cryo compression Therapy device, until hospitalization. The name of the device is lumark cryo compression
s diastolic pressure so as not to obstruct blood flow to the lower limb. Other treatments, including physiotherapy, are the same as the second intervention group.,Second intervention group: This group

50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People undergoing Total Knee Replacement surgery due to pain and disability due to knee Osteoarthritis with two compartmental prostheses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who have undergone the same knee replacement surgery. People who are affected with Rheumatoid Arthritis and other systemic inflammatory diseases. People who have limitations in understanding and completing treatment methods due to cognitive impairment or language limitations. People who are affected by neurological disorders. People who have blood coagulation disorders. People who have history of DVT or thrombosis or pulmonary embolism because may require a higher dose of anticoagulant after surgery.

Range of motion Before the postoperative treatment intervention, the first, second and third day after the operation With ios based mobile application named G pro goniometer,Swelling around the knee joint Before the postoperative treatment intervention, the first, second and third day after the operation. 10 cm above and below of middle of lower limb circumference is measured with using a tape measure,Knee joint bleeding after surgery At the end of the first day after surgery. It is measured in milliliters by draining the Surgical Drain inserted in the knee joint.,The amount of analgesic drug used for patients The first, second and third day after the operation. The amount of analgesic drug used for each patient
