subanesthetic doses of ketamine 0.3 mg/kg iv compare with conventional treatment in Khonkaen hospital (morphine0.1 mg/kg iv+ diazepam 5 mg iv). Both group receive local anesthetic infiltration at skin

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergo tubal ligation under LA ASA I-II age>18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: neurologic problem hypertension allergy to drug in this reseach difficult airway management, obesity
