Inclusion criteria: Brain tumor patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant Emergency craniotomy History of ginger allergy Alteration of conscious who does not cooperate Cognitive impairment or psychiatric problems Diabetic Mellitus Received a steroid within 7 days prior to surgery BMI less than 20 kg/m2 or more than 30 kg/m2 History of intestinal obstruction, GERD or inflammatory bowel diseases
