Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (I) definitive diagnosis of moderate to severe COPD, (II) weeks without exacerbations), (III) lack of acute coronary syndrome, (IV) FEV 1 /FVC ratio of less than 0.7, and 50 %< FEV<80% (stage 2) and 30 %< FEV<50% (stage 3), (V) a cigarettes smoking history of more than 10 pack-years, and (VI) ability to walk.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Patients with complications during the test were excluded from the study. 2- Patients who didn't have informed consent. 3- patients with other serious health problems.
