Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Thai patients, age between 50-80year, 2.Healthy, 3.ability to perform basic self-care, 4.having full edentulous ridges, 5.Unstimulated whole saliva more than or equal to 0.5 ml/min.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Disability patients, 2.unstimulated saliva flow rate less than0.5 ml/min, 3. Allergy to denture resin, 4. Immunocompromised patient, 5. Received antibiotic therapy, 6.having denture stomatitis, 7. receiving medication or having medical conditions that predispose or promote to oral candidiasis such as uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, anemia or immunodeficiency disorders.
