Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pregnant women with single fetus age 15-45 years with GA 37-42 weeks with labor pain at labor room of Sanpasitthiprasong hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.who get other pain control drug 2.who allergic to opioid 3.pregnancy with history of cesarean section or uterine surgery, breech presentation or has indication to cesarean section - who have severe underlying disease such as renal failure , history of cardiac arrest , eclampsia with respiratory failure
