Inclusion criteria: Thai male and female residents with 45 years of age will be conducted in Khon Kaen Hospital

Exclusion criteria: 1. All patients with diagnostic records of prior cardiovascular events 2. Current antithrombotic users 3. Patients whose domicile are not in Muang district of Khon Kaen province will also be excluded due to lack of accessible medication history, p
