Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: more than 50 years old 2. Sarcopenic obesity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who have menstrual periods 2. No regular exercise habits (Moderate exercise in the past year < 150 mins/ week) 3. Neurological diseases
