Interventions

The participants were instructed to take two capsules of Yanang Daeng water extract 500 mgday once a day before breakfast for seven consecutive days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Thai participants Males and Females Aged 20 to 45 years Body mass index (BMI) of 20 to 25 kg per m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence of underlying or history of significant clinical conditions or diseases Particularly liver kidney and cardiovascular diseases peripheral neuropathy or allergic conditions Non-lactating and non-pregnant (females) No current use of medicines including herbal medicines within two weeks No history of alcoholism cigarette smoking or unlikely to refrain from excessive alcohol consumption smoking during the study period
