Conditions

The nerve function of the foot needs the support of the blood circulation to function effectively. FIR is beneficial to the recovery of the nerve function of the foot, but it takes a longer time. Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. willingness to participate, 2. cooperate with far-infrared radiation intervention measures and inspection schedules. 3. Hemodialysis over 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. confusion, 2. lower limb amputation, and 3. instep wounds.
