The participants in the control group will not receive any resistance training and ask to maintain their lifestyle.,The participants in the low-speed resistance exercise group will receive resistance

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age: more than 50 years old 2. sarcopenic obesity (both low muscle mass and excess fat mass) 3. No regular exercise habits (Moderate exercise in the past year < 150 mins/ week)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who have menstrual phase 2. conditions that cause discomfort of participants during physical activity such as a sprain, chest pain, or lesions in the central nervous system.
