Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy Male or female volunteers aged between 30-75 years 2. Exercise less than 3 times/week 3 well physical health in life 4. Not congenital disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of chitin allergy (eg. shrimp) such as abnormal symptoms (dizziness, Nausea) 2. cardiovascular disease such as coronary heart disease 3. Liver disease or kidney disease 4. Thyroid disorders 5. neuropathy and muscle disorder such as dizziness Nausea, vomiting, osteoporosis, muscle weakness etc. 6. Chronic infection
