Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years 2. Healthy 3. Both cheeks with any types of melasma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy, or breastfeeding 2. On oral contraceptive pill within 1 year 3. Previous treatment with laser or light within 6 months 4. Previous treatment with topical antipigmented agents within 1 month 5. Other dermatoligic lesions on cheeks such as infection, or any inflammations 6. History of venous thrombosis, abnormal bleeding, or any coagulopaties 7. Allergic to tranexamic acid or hyaluronic acid
