Postoperative nasal polyp Nasal polyps, nasal steroid spray, functional endoscopic sinus surgery, high-dose mometasone furoate, recurrent nasal polyposis

Interventions

Mometasone furoate nasal spray 400 microgram/day (2 puff bid),Mometasone furoate nasal spray 200 microgram/day (2 puff OD)

20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative nasal polyp

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. no nasal tumor 2.no history of previous nasal surgery 3. no active nasal or paranasal sinus infection 5. no history of systemic steroid use within 1 month 6. no history of steroid allergy/ immunocompromised host/ DM 7. no pregnancy or breast feeding
