Subjects aged 18 years or more who live in high air pollution area in northern Thailand for at least 1 year.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18 years or more, 2. negative for antigen test kit (ATK) for COVID-19 result, 3. live in high air pollution area in northern Thailand for at least 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unstable angina or myocardial infarction, 2. heart rate at rest > 120 beats/minute, 3. blood pressure >180/100 mmHg, 4. stroke or dementia, 5. pregnancy, 6. inability to perform pulmonary function test
