18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20 years of age, in good general health, willing to participate, and had at least 18 erupted teeth (excluding third molars).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: systemic diseases and conditions affecting the periodontal tissues (2) current pregnancy or lactation (3) a history of salivary gland dysfunction (4) use of anti-inflammatory medication or antibiotics in the previous 6 months (5) periodontal treatment in the last (past) 6 months (6) having a restorative and endodontic therapy requirement (7) having less than <18 teeth (8) smoking (9) having a removable partial denture and/or orthodontic appliances.
