Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age more than 18 years presented with ACS according to the 4th universal myocardial infarction definition received successful culprit-lesion PCI within 72 hours after the onset. The angiographic inclusion criteria were the patients who had multivessel CAD, defined as the presence of two or more native major epicardial vessels or their branches by coronary angiogram with visual assessment show stenosis more than 50% of diameter.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) had terminal disease with life expectancy < 12 months 2) planned surgical revascularization 3) had significant valvular heart disease indicated for concomitant valve surgery 4) pregnancy 5) un-certain culprit lesion from angiography 6) non-culprit lesion revascularization performed later than 45 days after culprit lesion revascularization 7) patients with bypass graft surgery 8) presence of mechanical complication relating to MI.
