Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective surgery - Equipped with a radial arterial catheter and cardiac output monitor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Arrhythmia, preoperative lung disease, left ventricular ejection fraction less than 50%, possible right ventricular dysfunction due to sleep apnea/severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease/pulmonary hypertension - Intracranial hypertension, Hemodynamic unstable,Extreme in body habitus(BMI>40 or<15 kg/m2,- Laparoscopic surgery
