Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Mother after emergency cesarean section by spinal block and no complications by giving birth at the gestational age from 37 week or more and underwent cesarean section between 6:00 am - 4.00 pm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mother after emergency cesarean section with medical complications.Internal medicine such as anemia,hypertension,diabetes,mother with nipple problems.Mother are prohibited from breastfeeding such as HIV infection,pulmonary tuberculosis,severe skin infection of breast.The mother used cancer drugs,radiation.Newborn birthweight<2,500 gm.LATCH score<8.
