50 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Post-menopausal women who absence of menstruation at least 12 consecutive months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with having a history of ovary or uterus operation, 2. Participants with having a history of chronic diseases, 3. Participants with having a history of using anti-hypertensive drug or hormone replacement, 4. Participants who taking part in regular physical activity in the past 6 months before the study.
