Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patient age 40 - 80 years diagnosed with OA knee and eligible for unilateral primary total knee arthroplasty
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Poor controlled DM HbA1C > 8 ESRD Other inflammatory arthritis Immunocompromised host Allergic to drug in trial
