Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cesarean section under spinal anesthesia 2. ASA status 2-3 3. Singleton GA more than 37 weeks 4. Age 18 years or more 5. Informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication for spinal anesthesia 2. Emergency c/s due to fetal distress or non-reassuring fetal status 3. Chronic pain or recent trauma at shoulder less than 1 week 4. Pregnancy with placenta pathology 5. Pregnancy with myoma uteri or adenomyosis 6. Pregnancy with polyhydramnios, oligohydramnios, anhydramnios 7. History of preoperative thick meconium 8. Withdrawal of consent 9. Operation time more than 2 hours
