Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. We included trauma patients with Luntom EMS ambulance bring to Queen Savang Vadhana Memorial Hospital ED 2. Age > 15 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Referal patient 2. Patient who declared death before arrive at hospital 3. Patient who admited and refer to another hospital 4. There is incomplete information from the medical record.
