Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old 2. Normal chest X-ray within 90 days 3. Body weight >= 35 kg 4. Laboratory investigations revealed - AST and ALT < 3 x ULN - Total bilirubin < 1.5 mg/dL
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Has sign or symptoms of active tuberculosis 2. During treatment of active tuberculosis 3. History of active tuberculosis treatment within 2 years 4. History of latent tuberculosis treatment within 2 years 5. History of isoniazid or rifampicin/rifapentine resistace 6. Cirrhosis 7 . Pregnancy or during breast feeding 8. HIV infection
