Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with heart failure: Inclusion Criteria : 1. Diagnosed with heart failure 2. Age > 20 years old 3. Clinical stable Healthy subjects: Inclusion Criteria : 1. No diagnosed with any systematic disease or cardiopulmonary disease 2.Age > 20 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unstable angina 2.Actute myocardial infarction 3.Cardiac surgery within the previous 3 months 4.Actue decompensated heart failure 5.Diagnosed pulmonary disease 6.Unable to walk independently or using assist device 7.Inability to perform a valid baseline exercise test
